Building the world's fastest Fury. Part 1

So you tought that the bigger engine and the aerodynamic improvements were enough to satisfy Okashi San's need for speed? You were wrong.

Because he apparently decided to use on the Fury some of the ideas and the experience accrued with the Time Attack S2000 project, and along with Akay San, started to transform the Fisher Fury in something very…. scary. This is the right word. I would be absolutely scared to drive this thing, really. Fortunately this will be Okashi's own business.

Seen the great advantage made possibile by the addiction of the big rear wing, our mad scientist decided to go further with the aerodynamics, and created a flat bottom and a diffusor. Yes, this thing here:

But it is big… actually bigger than the car itself. And it is not so light…. So, there is some weight to shave from somewhere else… ok, why not rebuild the entire hull in carbon fibre? And by the moment that the hull will be rebuilt in carbon fibre, why not improve the aerodynamics of the hull itself and make it look cooler in the same time? Yes, why not? Then, look at what has been done.

Now the seat and the cockpit are completely integrated in the hull, thanks to the use of tons and tons of plaster and craftsmanship. The entire thing has been built with carbon fibre tissue and resin, with the help of 011 Carbon Concept, using the modified Fury's body as a mould (yes, the same procedure will be used for the S2000) and then cooked in the painting oven. Seems easy? Nope. It takes an incredible amout of time, patience, knowledge, swearing, obstinacy, money (?), some more swearing, united with some blood and lots of sweat. And failed attempts, too.

But the result, let me tell you, is simply awesome. This thing was altready incredibly fast. Now it is even lighter, and lighter means faster. No doubt.

Stay tuned guys, because this is far from being the only modifications to this incredible car!
